Anyone willing to make a custom for me?

*EDIT* I commissioned one from AdamsAdopts ^^ Check out her adopts! They are great. She does cheap customs but I believe all of the slots are full at the moment.

I really want a Rarity x Hoity Toity shipping pony (preferably male), but I have no idea where to start on designing it. If someone was willing to make one for me or if you could link me to anyone who is hosting requests or customs, I would really appreciate it. I'm low on points so I don't think I'd be able to pay anything, but I would be willing to do an art trade or work something else out.
